Divi Wallet Clear Cache and Resync (iOS and Android)

Before starting preserve and protect your seed words.
Backup Mobile Wallet Seed Words

Clear Cache and Resync Divi Wallet:

1. Close the Divi Wallet (exit completely)
   
2. Open Divi Wallet, do not log in with biometric or password
   If you have biometric turned on just click cancel
   
   
   
3. Tap Other Options
4. Tap Recover with Backup Phrase
5. Follow all steps for recovery and resync.
   
   

*Please note that clearing an app's cache and resyncing will remove all temporary files, which will include saved login data and settings. Be sure you have your seed words stored and secured before you begin. Backup Mobile Wallet Seed Words
