The Divi Project Support Portal, hosted at support.diviproject.org, is designed to offer secure and private support request management. It minimizes data sent through email services, enhancing privacy, email by design is always insecure. Follow these steps to access and use the portal effectively.
- Click 'Sign In': 1) On the top right corner of the page, find and click on the 'Sign In' button.
Sign In or Reset Password
- Sign In: A) Enter the email associated with your account and password to log in.
- This email is also the email tied to your hosting subscriptions used with PayPal or Stripe.
- Reset Password (if needed): B) If you’ve forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot my password' and follow the instructions to reset it. Then, use your new credentials to sign in.
Access 'My Activities'
After logging in, you'll notice the 'Sign In' link changes to display your username. Here's how to access your activities:
- Click Username: 1) Click your now displayed username
- Select 'My Activities': 2) From the dropdown menu under your username, choose 'My Activities'. This is where you can review and manage all your past and current interactions with Divi Support, including adding comments or attachments to your ongoing conversations.
Review Open Conversations
- In 'My Activities', select the related and open the related conversation by clicking the subject title.
Review Support Responses and Update Comments
- Scroll through the conversation thread to review the responses from Divi Support.
Click add to conversation to add comments or attachments
Click on this link to: A) Write responses, and/or B) Attach images relevant to your issue or request.
Please note the following guidelines for attachments:
- Do not send PDF files.
- Only send JPG, PNG, and MPEG video files.
- If the request involves an address or transaction hash, do not send an image. Instead, copy and paste the text directly into the comments for clarity.
