Divi’s primary support channel is through this support portal, email, and live chat here on the portal. The Divi Customer Support team will not call into a client and no contact will occur without a previous support request or active ticket.
Besides making your Divi account secure, it’s important to practice situational awareness online. Here are some suggestions for general internet safety:
- Never allow remote access to your computer.
- Be aware of criminals (con artists) who present themselves as “Divi Customer Support."
Any form of unsolicited private communications through phone calls, social media, email, or instant messages are scams and cons. -
