Cancel a PayPal subscription in Divi Desktop Application

Process 1.

When you dismantle a masternode, you are given three choices:

1. Dismantle
2. Unsubscribe
3. Dismantle and Unsubscribe
   
   
   
   
   
   

Choosing option #1 commands Mocci to preserve the subscriptions. Option #2 or #3 is the best method to prevent unnecessary subscript[tion charges. Choosing either #2 or #3 will open up PayPal for canceling the subscription.



Process 2. (OPTIONAL)

Please follow the process below if you inadvertently told Mocci to preserve a subscription during an upgrade or dismantle?


Step 1)
Open Settings

Step 2)
Click Payments and Subscriptions

Step 3)
Click "Unlock Wallet"

Step 4)
Locate the subscription and click the "Cancel Subscription" link on the left.



Step 5)
Log in to PayPal window





Step 6)
In PayPal, click the "Cancel" button





Step 7)
Click Cancel Automatic Payments

Step 8)
Click Done



Step 9)
Review, Subscription Status
Should display "INACTIVE." now



Step 10)

Close window




Step 11)
Keeping a Payment Token may prove fiscally beneficial if you have prepaid hosting available. If you prepaid a year of hosting, you may want to use up your remaining time. Otherwise, click "Delete Token"
