Create and pay a subscription for an existing masternode (support request)

Follow this process if you have received a ticketed response requiring your interactions.

If your hosting subscription is paused or canceled, you can follow the below processes to create and apply a new subscription to an existing running masternode to prevent downtime.

Step 1)
Open Divi Desktop


Step 2)
Allow Divi Desktop to sync fully



Step 3)
Open Masternode Tab



Step 4)
Hosting for your masternode

Wait until the "Create New Subscription" icon shows

(you may need to allow masternode status to sync)

Step 5)
Unlock Wallet

Step 6)

1. Choose Plan
2. Subscribe
   
   

Step 7)
Pay for subscription

Options: A) Using existing PayPal account for subscription, or
B) Use debit or credit card.

Step 8)
Once payment is confirmed close the PayPal Payment window

Step 9)
Complete
Your Masternode no longer display the new subscription icon for hosting
